Have you ever been diagnosed with Fatty Liver? If so, the chances for developing NASH is pretty high. NASH is a type of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, a condition in which fats build up in your liver.
When you are diagnosed with NASH along with the fat in your liver, you could probably have inflammation and Liver Cell damage. However, it can occur with or without any symptoms.
You are more likely to develop NASH if you have certain medical conditions like Type2 Diabetes , Obesity and other Metabolic Syndromes. Your doctor might ask you for a blood test, imaging test or even sometimes a Liver Biopsy if required.
Liver health is very crucial to prevent the further progression of many related diseases.
Diet plays a major role in many of such Health Conditions.
By reducing your Body Weight and Eating a Healthy Diet, by limiting the intake of fats can lead to the overall improvement of the liver.
