When I was a child my grandmother used to buy fresh fish from a vendor daily. But since I was very reluctant to eat fish I asked her why she wanted me to have fish daily. She retorted something in response which I do not remember clearly but her expression made me realize that it is very obvious to have fish in our menu irrespective of my dislike.
Ahh…now sitting back and thinking of days when we used to get fresh fish free from ammonia and other chemicals !! Feeling nostalgic and missing the good old days. I am sure that everyone keeps some memories. In olden days, we paid for fishes that were really rich in freshness but now we have to pay for the chemicals and preservatives coming along with them, mainly added to enhance its artificial freshness (which are very harmful for our health) for a longer duration. I guess that is also the reason for more and more diseases sprouting up.
