Including Whole Grains into your Daily Diet as part of eating a Healthy Food, which can reduce your risk of developing Heart Diseases. It has many other amazing health benefits that can aid in the proper functioning of human body.
Whole Grains contain entire Grain, Bran, Germ, and the Endosperm which considered as a Healthy Food, whereas refined grains have been milled or ground which gives them a finer texture and improves their shelf life. When grains are refined, the process can lead to Loss of Important Nutrients including B-Vitamins. Iron and Dietary Fibre and thus it is not considering as Health Food.
Even though Refined food products have smooth texture and better taste, it is not at all a good practice to include more of refined food products in the daily diet since it has negligible amount of nutrients and fibre.
